From you to your sponsored child:
You are welcome to send as many letters as you want. You can e-mail them to us at this is the most recommended way to get in touch with your child. You can also send your letters to P.O. Box 106, Dept. A, Pewaukee, WI 53072-0106 but it may take a few weeks before we receive them.
Please do not send packages, because we have no cost-effective way to get packages to Guatemala and often we have to pay high import duties.
We apologize if you don’t receive a direct response to each of your letters. Helping children respond to letters is very time-consuming, and we don’t have enough staff to do it efficiently.
From your sponsored child to you:
We are committed to sending you three communications from your Treasure every year.
Visits:
If you are in Guatemala and want to visit your child, we will be happy to arrange it. If you want to bring gifts, we urge you to concentrate on gifts the child’s entire family can enjoy. We think the best gift is a bucket of nonperishable food, which we can get for you locally for about $20. Food is always welcome!
