The beauty of these people and the reality of their situation awakens in us both compassion and righteous indignation. Not one of God's people should suffer as these do, and we will continue to work until this kind of poverty is eradicated from the Guatemala City dump.

General Support

The biggest need of Potter's House Association is the general support that funds our five strategic programs. These programs are the foundation of the work that we do and are vital to rescuing "scavengers" so that they can recognize what Treasures they are in the eyes of God and His people. Just $50 per month helps us advance the mission of Potter's House Association and allows us to share God's love and Word with those who desperately need it. The stories of these Treasures (and our partners) are a testament to both the need for and the power of your financial support. Your monthly gifts really can changes lives.

Support a Child

The cycle of poverty is the only legacy that thousands of children living in the Guatemala City dump will ever receive from their parents. For many, their highest aspiration is to grow up and be a guard at the dump or a garbage truck driver. The dump is all they know, and they believe themselves to be a part of it. When you choose to support a child through Potter's House Association, however, their dreams can become a lot bigger. They will learn of a world that is much bigger than the dump, they will experience hope for a brighter future, and many will work to make lives better for those still stuck in the cycle. Your gifts of support allow them the benefits of an education, a nutritious meal every day, and the joy of knowing the Lord and His love and grace. It costs only $35 a month to rescue a child from the cycle of poverty and give them hope for a more promising future.

Gift Catalog

If you feel called to support specific efforts or programs of Potter's House Association, we offer a catalog of specific needs. Amounts ranging from $35 to $4000 and services ranging from healing to education to Bibles to emergency funding are available. These gifts can also be "gifted" to your loved ones so that donations can be made in their honor. The gifts purchased from the catalog are designated for the specific needs you choose and make a specific impact on the lives of Treasures who need them.
