Security: Please pray that God will protect the Treasures in the communities and keep them safe.

For the political campaigns that are beginning in Guatemala: Please pray that the involvement of some members of the community does not cause division and problems between neighbors. In Guatemala more than half of population lives below the national poverty line (The World FactBook). Therefore many political groups focus their campaigns on the poorest areas of our country. Political groups are very active in the communities around the garbage dump, offering benefits to people who get actively involved. Many times this causes competition and conflict.

For the holistic health (body and soul) of our Treasures.

For the youth: that God will l help children and teens to make good decisions and avoid joining gangs.

For family integration.

Provision: that God will provide the Treasures with their daily bread and continue to give them opportunities to improve their lives.

Rainy season: That God will protect the Treasures, especially those working in the garbage dump and living in precarious places, during the rainy season.. Please pray, too, for wisdom as we consider how best to support the Treasures during their times of greatest need.

For the Potter’s House team: for health, strength and wisdom to continue advancing the Kingdom among the Treasures.

Financial Support: pray that God would raise up donors in Guatemala and the United States to meet our operational and budget needs.
